false Bay Chenin Blanc (South Africa)
Ripe citrus and green plum fruit on the nose, with lightly bready aromas and notes of dried herbs including fennel and aniseed. Good concentration of zesty fruit with a creamy lemon character offset by taught acidity. The finish is long with great textural complexity, attributable to the long, slow, wild yeast fermentation.

Light pink in colour with a pleasant after taste that lingers

Mimosa Malbec (Argentina)
Named after the clipper “Mimosa” that took 153 emigrants to Patagonia in 1865, Mimosa shows a complex and elegant nose, with red berries and notes of vanilla leading to a medium to full bodied palate with ripe dark fruit flavours and a hint of spice on the finish.

Casal da Coelheira Vinho Tinto (Portugal)
Juicy notes of red raspberry and blueberry on the nose. The

Wakefield Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Australia)
An aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate. This is a wine of great intensity. It has distinctive blackcurrant and cassis fruit flavours.
Baglio Gibellina U Passimiento Nero d’Avola (italy)
This wonderful hedonistic red is made from partially dried, late harvest Nero d’Avola and Fresh Frapatto grapes grown at high altitude in the Sicilian Hills.
